0.1毫米,端面間隙沿圓周上的不同心度允差為0.1毫米,端面間隙沿圓周的不均勻允差0.3毫米(連接進(jìn)出水管路后再分別校核一遍,仍符合上述要求);
6、在檢查電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向與水泵的轉(zhuǎn)向一致后,裝上聯(lián)軸器的聯(lián)接柱銷;
7、不要把泵本身作為管路支撐點(diǎn),管路應(yīng)在泵的附近設(shè)可靠支撐。
以上為不帶底座的水泵機(jī)組的安裝方法。
對(duì)于配帶公共底座的泵,基礎(chǔ)與底座之間保留4~5毫米的間隙,用調(diào)整螺釘精確地調(diào)整機(jī)組并在聯(lián)軸器處對(duì)中。其安裝原則與不帶公共底座的機(jī)組相同。
1、起動(dòng):
1)、起動(dòng)前的檢查:
a).泵或底座是否與基礎(chǔ)緊固;
b).聯(lián)軸器與泵機(jī)組是否校正;
c).管路是否按要求連接;
d).手是否能容易地轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子;
e).是否所有軸承都有良好的潤(rùn)滑。
2)、起動(dòng)前關(guān)閉出口閥,用介質(zhì)灌注排盡泵和管路內(nèi)的空氣。吸入狀況時(shí),用泵體上部的螺塞排氣。在倒灌時(shí)泵也須排空;
2運(yùn)行:
1)、當(dāng)壓力表壓力升高,慢慢打開出口閥;
2)、打開所有輔助管路,并檢查流量;
3)、泵是填料密封運(yùn)行時(shí),填料還處允許有多少量,滴水,輕輕壓緊填料壓蓋至少量滴水。
4)、為防止介質(zhì)升溫,泵不能在出口閥門

Fit the pre -assembled set with foun-dation bolts loosely inserted in the cut-
outs in the foundation and align. There must be a 4-5cm gap between the top of
the foundation and the bottom of the baseframe. Precisely align the set using
the adjusting screws and check alignment on the coupling. Others you can refer
to the above mention methods.
