0.1毫米，端面間隙沿圓周上的不同心度允差為0.1毫米，端面間隙沿圓周的不均勻允差0.3毫米(連接進出水管路后再分別校核一遍，仍符合上述要求)；

    6、在檢查電機轉(zhuǎn)向與水泵的轉(zhuǎn)向一致后．裝上聯(lián)軸器的聯(lián)接柱銷：

    7、不要把泵本身作為管路支撐點，管路應在泵的附近設可靠支撐。

    以上為不帶底座的水泵機組的安裝方法。

    對于配帶公共底座的泵，基礎與底座之間保留4～5毫米的間隙，用調(diào)整螺釘精確地調(diào)整機組并在聯(lián)軸器處對中。其安裝原則與不帶公共底座的機組相同。

    l、起動：

    1)、起動前的檢查：

    a)．泵或底座是否與基礎緊固：

    b)．聯(lián)軸器與泵機組是否校正：

    c)．管路是否按要求連接；

    d)．手是否能容易地轉(zhuǎn)動轉(zhuǎn)子：

    e)．是否所有軸承都有良好的潤滑。

    2)、起動前關閉出口閥．用介質(zhì)灌注排盡泵和管路內(nèi)的空氣。吸人狀況時，用泵體上部的螺塞排氣。在倒灌時泵也須排空。

    2、運行：

    1)、當壓力表壓力升高，慢慢打開出口閥；

    2)、打開所有輔助管路，并檢查流量：

    3)、泵是填料密封運行時，填料處允許有少量滴水，輕輕壓緊填料壓蓋至少量滴水：

    4)、為防止介質(zhì)升溫，泵不能在出口閥門關閉的情況下長期運轉(zhuǎn)：

    Above all the mentioned methods and requirements are suitable for the pump set without common bedplate.

    Samely, for the pump set with common bedplate. Fit the pre -assembled set with foundation bolts loosely inserted in the cut- outs in the foundation and align. There must be a 4-5cm gap between the top of the foundation and the bottom of the baseframe. Precisely align the set using the adjusting screws and cheek alignment on the coupling. Others you can refer to the above mention methods.

    1. Starting:

    1 ). Before starting up the pump make sure that  the  following  requirements  have  been checked and fulfilled.

    a). Has the pump been firmly bolted to the base/foundation?

    b) . Have the coupling and pump unit been aligned as specified?

    e). Are the pipes properly fitted?

    d) . Can the unit be easily rotated by hand at the coupling? (Carry out at least one full rotations)

    e). Has lubrication been provided for oil -lubricated bearings?

    2)Before'the pump is started up, it and the pipes must be vented and filled with the liquid
