1.概述
1.1本泵適用于船舶電動機帶動的淡水、海水冷卻泵、日常用泵,輸送介質(zhì)溫度應(yīng)低于75℃。
1.2泵的性能參數(shù)應(yīng)符合表1的規(guī)定。

2.泵結(jié)構(gòu)及裝配、拆卸
2.1泵為立式、單級、單吸式、水平進水及水平出水。泵體底座為整體式結(jié)構(gòu)的船用立式離心泵。對于電機功率≤22KW的泵,泵軸與電機軸直接聯(lián)接,泵產(chǎn)生的軸向力和徑向力由電機本身的軸承支承。對于電機功率≥30KW的泵,泵軸則通過帶中間聯(lián)軸器的彈性套柱銷聯(lián)軸器與電機聯(lián)接。泵產(chǎn)生的軸向力及徑向力由安裝在軸承體上的一對球軸承支承,軸承采用鋰基脂潤滑。軸封采用耐磨、耐腐蝕材料制造的機械密封。
2.Pump structure, Assembly、Demolition
2.1 Pumps are vertical, single-level, single-use
type, level inlet and outlet type. The pump body base is the overall structure
of the bunker-style vertical centrifugal pumps. For the pumps which powers are
lower than 22KW, the pump shaft directly connect to the engine axis, Axial pump
power generated by the pump is supported by the engine bearings itself. For the
pumps which powers are lower than 30KW, the pump shaft connects to the engine
through intermediate shaft coupling with flexible sets of pillars sales shaft.
A pair of ball bearings installed in the radial body supports axial pump power
generated by the pump. Bearings adopt lithium base resin lubricant. Bearing
seals using wear-resisting, corrosion resistant materials mechanical sealed.
