4、進出水管路應(yīng)另設(shè)支撐，不得藉泵體支撐；
5、水泵與管路之間的結(jié)合面應(yīng)保證良好的氣密性，尤其是進水管路必須保證嚴格的不漏氣，并且在裝置上無窩存空氣的可能；
6、如水泵裝置在進水水位以上時，為了灌泵起動，一般可裝底閥，也可采用真空引水方法；
7、水泵與出水管路之間一般需裝閘閥和止回閥(揚程小于20米的可不用)。止回閥裝在閘閥后面。
以上所述的安裝方法是指不帶公共底座的水泵機組。
對配帶公共底座的泵機組的安裝，只要調(diào)整底座與混凝土基礎(chǔ)之間的楔形墊鐵來校正泵機組的水平，然后在其間灌注混凝土。其安裝原則與要求和不配帶公共底座的泵機組安裝相同。
1、起動與停止：
(1)、起動前，轉(zhuǎn)動泵機組轉(zhuǎn)子應(yīng)該輕滑均勻；
(2)關(guān)出水閘閥，灌泵(如無底閥則用真空泵抽空氣引水)，要保證泵內(nèi)充滿水，無空氣窩存；
(3)、如果泵上裝有真空表或壓力表，要關(guān)閉其與泵連接管路上的旋塞再起動電動機，待轉(zhuǎn)速正常后再打開，然后逐漸打開出水閘閥．如流量過大，可以適當?shù)仃P(guān)閉閘

be supported by a brasket instead of the pump easing.
5. The combination between the pump and
the pipe must be keeping good sealing, especially no leakage of air occures from the inlet pipe and no possible
remained air in it in the cause of installation.
6. If the pump is installed above
the suction wate level, it should
be equipped foot valve for pouring ware and driving and it also can suck water
by suction vacuunl.

and requirements are suitable for the pump set without common bedplate; samely,
for the pump set with common bedplate, you also cau refer to the above mention
methods.
