原  因

消  除方法

1、泵不出水，壓力表及真

空表指針劇烈跳動(dòng)。

注入泵的水不夠；進(jìn)水管漏氣。

再往泵內(nèi)注水；堵塞漏氣處。

2、泵不吸水，但真空表顯

示高度真空。

底閥沒(méi)打開(kāi)或淤塞；吸水管阻

力太大；吸水高度太高。

校平或更換底閥；清洗或更換

吸水管；降低吸水高度。

3、泵不出水，壓力表顯示

有壓力。

泵軸旋轉(zhuǎn)方向不對(duì)；出水管阻

力太大；葉輪淤塞；轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)不夠。

改正轉(zhuǎn)向；減少水管長(zhǎng)度或清

除淤塞；清洗葉輪；增加轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)。

4、泵流量減少或揚(yáng)程

下降。

葉輪或管路阻塞；密封環(huán)或葉輪

磨損嚴(yán)重；轉(zhuǎn)速低于規(guī)定值。

清洗葉輪或管路；更換損壞的

零件；調(diào)整到額定轉(zhuǎn)速。

5、泵消耗的功率過(guò)大。

填料壓得太緊；葉輪與雙吸密

封環(huán)磨損；流量過(guò)大。

擰松填料壓蓋；消除機(jī)械磨擦；

關(guān)小出水閘閥。

6、泵內(nèi)聲音反常，吸不上

水。

吸水高度過(guò)高；吸水管漏氣；流

量過(guò)大，發(fā)生汽蝕。

減少吸水高度；堵塞漏氣處；調(diào)

節(jié)出水閘閥在規(guī)定工況用。

7、泵振動(dòng)厲害。

泵發(fā)生汽蝕；葉輪不平衡；泵與

電機(jī)不同心；地腳螺栓松動(dòng)。

消除汽蝕；葉輪校平衡；校泵與

電機(jī)的同軸度；擰緊地腳螺栓。

8、軸承過(guò)熱。

潤(rùn)滑油不足或過(guò)多，或變質(zhì)；泵

與電機(jī)軸不同心。

檢查油量，清洗軸承并換油；校泵

軸與電機(jī)的同軸度。

After the pump starting，no

The water poured in the pump is not enough

The grease is not enough or too much or goes

The pump and the notor shaft is not conrertlric．

Clean the bearing and renew the oil．
